Heather Guzman: Sacramento, CA; I believe in making women feel beautiful, not only on their wedding day, but everyday. I am a wife, mother,& makeup artist. I love anything that has to do with fashion past and present. I have been in the beauty industry for over 10 years, and I started this blog in hopes of getting my name out there for any makeup artistry you might need.
